Quick Kimchi
Kimchi is Korean
cuisine for traditional side dish. It is loaded with vitamins and good for
boosts immunity.

Chinese cabbage 1
Garlic, cloves 3
Garlic piece, grated 2
½ cm
Fish sauce 2

Chilli sauce 2
tbsp
Golden Caster sugar 1
tbsp
Rice vinegar 3
tbsp
Radishes, coarsely grated 8
Carrots, coarsely grated 2
Springs onions 4
Method
1.Slice the cabbage into 2.5 cm strips. Tip into a bowl,
Mix with 1 tbsp sea salt, and then set aside for 1 hour. Meanwhile, make the
kimchi paste by blending the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, chilli sauce, and
sugar and rice vinegar together in a small bowl.
