Tartare sauce
Tartare sauce is famous sauce, which is use with fish
and chips or calamari. It originated from France. It makes with eggs, drill,
lemon juice, carps and gherkins.
Preparation time- 8 to10 minutes
Ingredients Quantity
Mayonnaise
Lemon juice 2
tablespoon
Capers 50g
Gherkins 30g
Parsley
finely chopped 10g
Salt 1
teaspoon
Method
Step 1 Chop
the capers, gherkins and parsley put into the bowl.
Step 2 Take
the blender put the mayonnaise and other ingredients mix well until thick and creamy.
Step 3 after
that transfer into plastic bottle keep in the fridge up to 10 to 15dys.
Step 4 serve
cold with fish or calamari.
