Banana bread: - Banana bread first becomes a standard feature of American cooks books with the popularization of baking soda and baking powder in the 1930. Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas. It is often a moist, sweet, cake like bread.
Every age of people like banana bread especially kids. Mostly people eat banana bread in breakfast time. It is cheap and affordable by everyone. Banana bread is sweet and healthy bread.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1hour 20 minutes
Ingredients                                 Quantity
Self raising flour                         4¼
Butter                                         1 cup
Vegetable oil                              2 cup
Bananas washed up                   4
Cinnamon                                  1 teaspoon
Brown sugar                               4 cups
Lightly beaten eggs                    6
Methods
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C), grease the 4*8inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, Mash the washed up bananas with a fork until they completely smooth. Stir the butter into the smashed bananas.
3. Mix the sugar, beaten eggs, and cinnamon in to self raising flour.
4. Pour the batter into your loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350F (175C), cook until the tester or stick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
5. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 3to4 hours. Then remove the banana bread from pan and cut into slices for serving.
