cheese salad with quandongs and lemon myrtle dressing
Beetroot and feta
cheese salad is healthy salad which includes protein, fibre and iron. It is good
source for immune system and weight loose.

Ingredients for salad
4 medium beetroots
70grams feta chesse
2 tablespoon roughly
chopped parsley
3tablespoons lemon
juice
3 tablespoons olive
oil
2 garlic cloves
minced
1tablespoon lemon
merle powder
½ teaspoon black
pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Method
1. Mix all
ingredients such as lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, lemon powder, salt and
pepper in a together and whisk slightly.
2. Peel and cut the
beetroot into wedges, roast the beetroot on medium heat for 45mins or until can
be easily pierced through with a knife, cut the feta chesse into cubes, roughly
chop the parsley.
3. Cut the quandongs
into quarters, combine beetroot, feta cheese, parsley and quandongs with the
lemon myrtle vinaigrette and serve.
