Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Mushroom sauce is creamy and fresh suitable vegans.

Preparation time- 15 minutes
Cooking – 25 minutes
Ingredients                                                       Quantity
Mushroom buttons                                           500g
Small onion, chopped                                      80 g
White wine dry                                                 80ml
Garlic, chopped                                                5g
Thyme, chopped                                              5g
Butter                                                               20g
Olive oil                                                            10g
Light stock                                                        400ml
Cream                                                              150ml


1. Heat butter and oil in pan over medium heat, add onion and garlic, cook, until start to soft caramelize.
2. Add chopped mushroom and cook until browned, add white wine, add reconstituted porcini mushroom chopped and chopped thyme and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream, chicken stock cook until all stock reduced by half.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
