Seafood bisque:-  Although both-based soups tend to be lower in calories than creamy soups, many versions of lobster bisque, a soup made with a mix of healthy diet food. It is low in calories and it offers nutritional value and is very high level in Sodium.
Soups can be a nutritious way to start off a meal, helping to fill you up so you eat fewer calories during your meal. A 1 cup serving of bisque can range in calories soup from 188 to 470 calories soup is an excellent source of protein.
Serve seafood bisque is traditionally served in a low two-handled cup on a saucer or in a mug. Bisque is a smooth, creamy, highly seasoned soup of French origin, classically based on a strained broth of crustaceans.
Serve seafood bisque as a starter at a dinner party with a seafood entree, fresh seasonal vegetables , and a potato side dish.
Seafood bisque:-

Active Time: About 30 mintues
Ingredients:-
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
200g prawn heads and shells
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, finely chopped
1 Celery stick, finely chopped
3 Large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Bay leaf
1L(4cups) water
80ml dry white wine
50g sachet tomato paste
150ml water
150ml cream
4 Springs fresh thyme, leaves picked

Method
Step1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add the reserved prawns heads and shells, and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until the shells are browned (the shells will pop and crackle loudly).
Step2. Add the onion, carrot, celery and bay leaf, and cook stirring often, for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft.
Step3. Add the water, wine, tomato paste to the pan, and bring  to  the boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer,
Add cream.
