Thai beef salad with vermicelli

Beef salad- beef salad is good source of protein, iron deficiency, rich in minerals and fibre. It contains the amino acids everyone needs to muscle building and tissue repair.
Beef salad is good for immune system and weight loss. It is expensive meal, beef salad server garlic sauce, Thai sauce and without sauce.

Lime zest                              1 tablespoon
Red chilli                                    7
Soy sauce                   1 tablespoon
Sweet soy sauce                  1 tablespoon
Sesame oil                           1 tablespoon
Plum sugar                           1 tablespoon finely chopped
Honey                                  1 tablespoon
Coriander                             1 bunch
Mint                                      1 bunch
Parsley                                 1 bunch
Beef                                     1*200g beef rump steak
Cumber thinly diced             2
Toasted peanuts                  45 g
Capsicum                             100g
Mix lettuce                            according to need
Cheery tomato                     according to need
Onion                                   4
Method
1. Mix all ingredients such as lime juice, honey, lemon zest, plum sugar, soy sauce, coriander, mint, parsley, sesame oil, red chilli, and garlic, ginger and sweet soy into blender jug.
2. Preheat char grill pan on high, and cook the steak for about 4 to 5 minutes both sides until cooked to your liking. Thinly slice the beef across the grain and add to salad.
3. Place the cumber, onion, peanut, capsicum, beef slices, chilli and mix lettuce into bowl. Drizzle the Thai sauce into salad and gently toss to combine. Put the fried vermicelli on top of salad for dressing.
