Yummy Mushroom salad

Mushroom-mushroom contains varying degree of protein and fibre. It also contains vitamin C, D as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support to immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissue.
Mushroom is beneficial for weight loos. It also has cancer-fighting properties.
Mushroom salad serves with garlic sauce and avocado.
Preparation time -10 minutes
Cooking time- 5 minutes
Serving- 2

 Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
5 eggs wash
100 gm mushroom
 1 cucumber diced
1 onion rings
1 avocado diced
20g feta cheese diced
Mix salad according to need
 Method
1.preheat the fryer on 180c, and take the mushrooms dip into egg wash then dust with plain flour mix with and put into fryer, cook until they comes out  brown.
2. Place the mix lettuce, onion, cucumber, avocado and feta cheese in to bowl. Put the mushroom on top, dressing with garlic sauce and gently mix it.
