Chicken mince 300g
Brown onion

Method
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line 2 baking trays with
baking paper. Combine sausage mice, chicken mince, onion, garlic, carrot,
zucchini, parsley and sauces in a large bowl. Season with salt pepper, nutmeg
and breadcrumb, Beat egg and add to mince mixture. Divide into equal portions.
2. Cut pastry sheets in half; place a mince portion
down the centre of pastry. Beat remaining egg and brush top on the pastry.
3. Roll up to enclosing filling, place on trays, seam
side down. Brush down with egg and sprinkle with seeds, bake for about 15
minutes in slow flame until golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
