Chickpea flour 100g
Chili powder ¼

Baking powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder 10g
Green chilli 2
Coriander chopped 25g
Onion thinly sliced 1
Coriander seeds 10g
Salt according

Curry powder 10g
Cold water to
mix

deep frying
Method
Stage1 combine the flour, stew, turmeric, cumin, heating
powder and salt into a big blending bowl. Include the coriander, onions and chillies and mix well.
Stage 2 Preheat the fryer to 180C/350F.
Stage 3 progressively add enough water to the flour blend to
shape a thick batter, blending properly well so the onions are very much coated.
Stage 4 Carefully drop spoonfuls of the blend into the hot oil
and fry until brown colored. Cover well on paper towels. Keep warm while you
cook the remaining bhajis.
Stage5 serve as a hot.
