Soya has became one of the most common food iteams these days. It is full of Nutrients, Proteins, good source of omega 3 fatty acids, and full of Polyunsaturated fats.They are also rich in Calcium and iron while providing no extra sugar or sodium to the body. It is good protein source for vegetarian, It is also versatile and can also be cooked to have a similar flavour as non-vegetarian curries.Soy flour that has been defatted or the oil is removed.

Ingredients Quantity
Nuterla soya chunks 200gm
Onion 2
Tamato 2
Salt according to your taste
Red chilli powder according to your taste
Garam masala 1teaspoon
Coriander powder 1teaspoon
Ginger paste 1teaspoon
Garlic paste 1teaspoon
Oil 4 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1teaspoon
Steps
1. Firstly, Soak soya chunks into hot water about 10 minutes, Then heat oil in a pan put cumin seeds and saute the seeds until the colour change.
2. Add some garlic and ginger paste cook together until the colour become brown, then add chopped onion saute for about 2 minutes, add chopped tomato and saute it.
3. Add all the spices salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder cook everthing together until tomato become soft, then add soya chunks and cook for about 10 minutes.
4.Finally add coriander leaves and serve with roti or lachcha paratha
