Lamb Burger with chips
Lamb burger date back to eastern Mongolia. Lamb burger is delicious and it is packed with protein, iron, zinc, vitamin B12, and selenium. It has a lot of heart healthy Omega 3s fatty acids.
Preparation time for lamb patty and Tzatziki sauce- 40 minutes

Ingredients for Lamb patties
Lamb mince- 2 kg
Finely chopped onion- 2
Garlic cloves- 4
Ground cumin- 2 tbsp
Ground Coriander- 1tbsp
Ground Cinnamon- 1tbsp
Dried chilli flakes- 1tbsp
Salt- 3 tbsp
Pepper- 3 tbsp
Flat leaf parsley- 4 tbsp
Eggs- 2
Brioche buns- 12
Roasted capsicum- 4
Lettuce- 500gm
Mint jelly- 4 tbsp
Ingredients Tzatziki Sauce
Greek Yogurt- 2 cups
Lebanese cucumber grated- 2
Garlic cloves- 4
Chopped mint- 2 tbsp
Preparation time- 30 minutes
Cooking time- 25 minutes
Serving time- 12
Temperature- 400 degree
Ingredient French Fries
Potatoes- 12 piece
Oil- for fry
Salt- according to taste
Steps
1. Place the lamb, mix onion, garlic, all spices, parsley, egg and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined, then form into 12 portion patties into 150 gm. Chill for 30 minutes.
2. For the tzatziki combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, chopped mint and add the salt and pepper, then chill until serving.
3. Preheat a char-grill pan to medium high cook patties for 4 to 5 minutes each side until cooked through on the other side, spread the butter on buns, then toast the buns for 1 minutes.
4. After that, spread the Tzatziki and fill with lettuce, roast capsicum, lamb patties, mint leave and mint jelly.
French Fries
Steps
1. Slice the potatoes 1/2 inch thick.
2. Soak them cold in water for at least an hour.
3. Rinse them twice with cold water and put the completely dry.
4. Increase heat to 400'C degrees fry in batches until golden brown about 5 minutes. place them on paper towel and sprinkle with salt and serve with lamb burger.
