Mango kulfi is sweet cold yummy dessert.

Preparation time-35 minutes

Ingredients                                                            Quantity
Condensed milk                                                    310ml
Thickened cream                                                  300ml
Cream                                                                   300ml
Mangoes, peeled, roughly chopped                      2
Fresh fruit                                                              optional

Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender to a coarse puree.
Spoon the mango mixture into moulds and freeze overnight or until frozen.
Remove the kulfi from the freezer.
Carefully remove moulds. Serve the mango kulfi immediately with fruit or jelly, if desired.
