Veal: - Veal is a calves, it can be produced from a calf of sex any breed, most
veal comes from young male. It comes from young animal age 6 to 7 months.
It produced on the
continent is white veal.
Veal crates have been
illegal in UK and Europe.
Veal is healthier; it
has less fat and cholesterol than beef. It is good source of protein and
vitamin B6. It has 172 calories in 100 gm. It has 1 percent, iron 5 percent,
vitamin B6 20 percent and cobalamin 21 percent.
Veal cordon bleu is
unique and fancy dish. It is serving with salad, sour sauce or chilli sour. It
is international recipe. Mostly people eat veal in dinner time.

Ingredients
2 veal steaks
4 slices cheese
4 slices of thick-cut
ham
2 whole eggs
150g breadcrumbs
Salt pepper
Method
Place the veal stakes
between two sheets of cling film; bash them with a meat tenderizer in order to
flatten them, cut the ham in the same shape as the steaks, season with salt and
pepper.
Place a layer of ham
on top of the escalope, then cover with a layer of cheese, roll the steak.
Secure the rolls with
a couple of wooden picks, Trim the edges for a more regular aspect, crumb with
flour, eggs, breadcrumb.
Brown the cordons
bleu rolls on al sides in a frying pan, when golden, bake at 180C for 10 to 15
minutes. Remove the wooden picks and slice before serving.
