Ingredients Quantity
Sesame oil 20ml
Peanut oil 30ml
Carrot, julienne 50g
Broccoli, florets 50g
Button mushrooms, quartered 50g
Snow peas, cleaned 50g
Bean sprouts 50g
Baby spinach leaves, washed 30g
Garlic, crushed 1
clove
Sambal oelek ½
teaspoon
Ginger, ground ½
teaspoon
Soy sauce 50ml
Method
1. Heat the two oils in a suitably sized work until
wok until very hot. Add the carrots, broccoli and mushrooms and stir fry until
half cooked.
2. Add the garlic, snow peas, spinach and bean sprouts
and stir in well.
3. Add the ginger, sambal and soy sauce. Continue to
rigorously stir fry until all ingredients are well mixed and cooked, yet still
crisp.
4.Check seasoning and serve.
